PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PLANS

The investment for nicolerhone.com and Flourishing, LLC programs and products vary and services. You agree to pay the full amount indicated on the checkout page and/or the terms of the payment plans. If you’re unclear about the payment terms at the time of purchase, email: hello@nicolerhone.com for clarification. You will receive a receipt upon purchase. 

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

In the event of a dispute between customers and Flourishing, LLC, Customers agrees not to engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage Nicole Rhone or Flourishing, LLC. Where requested by law or arbitration, of course, Customers is not prohibited from sharing their thoughts and opinions as a part of the legal process.
